1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been submitted and a confirmation email has been received. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and verify the contents of the package upon delivery.

1.2 Due to the nature of the products sold on this website—where items can be opened without visible signs of use—orders cannot be canceled or returned for a full or partial refund once delivered, unless the product is defective or the company is legally obligated to do so, as stated in Section 2(b2) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

1.3 Product exchanges are not permitted.

1.4 If the company is legally required to cancel a transaction for a customer who requests cancellation before receiving the product, the company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction amount or 100 ILS (whichever is lower).

In addition to the cancellation fee, if the product has already been transferred to the shipping provider, the cost of returning the product from the shipping provider back to the company will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
