- By placing an order, the customer confirms awareness that the products are manufactured by J&Y Cosmetics Ltd. with company number 513550897 (“the Manufacturer”). The Manufacturer is the responsible representative appointed by the Ministry of Health for the product, and any matter related to it. For information regarding allergens in the products, please refer to the label and information provided with each product before use. The responsibility for using the products lies solely with the customer, and in any case of doubt, it is advisable to consult a professional.
- The company does not commit to a variety of products of any kind or type. The company does not guarantee that all the products advertised on this website are available in stock at all times. The company reserves the right to vary the products available at its sole discretion. Products are displayed on the website for illustrative purposes only.
- All products, prices, and delivery terms are subject to change at the company’s sole discretion.

4.Delivery
- All orders are processed and shipped on business days in Israel (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves and holidays).
- Orders received in the system on a business day will be processed within another business day. Any order received on non-business days will be processed within 2 business days.
- Orders received on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
- Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box address.
- Delivery fees will be borne by the customer and are specified separately on the order form. The company, at its sole discretion, may decide not to charge delivery fees for purchases above a certain amount, which may change from time to time.
- The delivery time for the customer is up to 5 business days (not including the business day on which it was received and the business day on which the order was processed) unless the company informs the customer, within the said period, that the ordered products (or some of them) are not available, including temporarily.”
